Itinerary description
There's no doubt about it - Esja is my favourite mountain. it only takes 20 minutes to drive there from Reykjavík, it offers an endless variety of routes - what more can I say? this was a trip I did with a friend in summer 2005, for pictures click the title.

I did this hike, last Sunday and had a great time. I can definitely recommend it! Nice view from Hátindur.
