Itinerary description
Etymologically a Turkish name by Qashqay Turk Tribes living in Zagros Mountain Range, Qash means "Eyebrow". Dena is a chain of more than 40 high and precipice peaks rising over 4000 meters from see level.
Due to its tectonic formation Dena Ridge is trimmed with high slanting blade-shaped cliffs which renders it more exquisite.
Climbing path is precipitous ranging in some parts up to 58.5 degrees. The view of Morgül, Qızıl Qala, Qibla and other beautiful summits is fantastically enjoyable. Dena Ridge overlooks Zagros Forests.
