Itinerary description
Chickamin Peak Loop from the Mineral Creek Trailhead with approach from the PCT and out through Glacier Lake. RT time: 9 hr 40 min, Class II scrambling with modertly difficult route finding. Stay away from any gullies and study Google Earth closely before leaving to get on the right set of ledges when leaving the PCT.
While on this trip there were two military jets that flew up the Gold Creek valley and over the pass between us that the Four Brothers. One did a slow roll and was upside down as it cleared the pass below us.
