Itinerary description
The Cerro Negro, located in the extreme north of the "Sierra de Quilmes", Angastaco, Province of Salta (Argentina), show an amazing view of the Calchaqui Valley including the "Nevado de Cachi" , "Cerro Negr"o (Seclantas), "Sierra del Cajón", "Quebrada de las Flechas" and "Quebrada de las Conchas". The access is easy without complications, the trekking begins through sand and with a very low slope, then the terrain is constituted mainly by slates.
