Itinerary description
Beautiful hike with stunning views, especially on the summit.
The first part of the hike is easy to moderate, but the last part to the summit is very difficult with loose rocks, alpine climbing and dangerous parts. However, we climbed in winter with some snow and I think we did not always follow the easiest way up. If you want a moderate hike, I recommend going up to the first mirador, where the views are also beautiful.
There is no signalling along the route, but the trail is well defined in some parts. However, in other parts not and especially the last part to the summit doesn't have a clearly defined trail.
For the first part of the hike through the valley I recommend following the trail as we did on the way back, it's easy and well defined. For the other parts I'd recommend not to blindly follow our trail, because with did not always find the right path up.
