Itinerary description
From base camp we descended by the glacier to main Kahilna Glacier and turned south, there were a lot of crevasses at our left side. We continued until we reached the main slope to Catears.
We started climbing, the first slope and the second one got steeper, we place some anchors just to pass an ice wall at the left of big seracs. The final slope to the top is a little bit easier.
The summit was not so stable so we needed to go one by one.
For the return we did the same path until camp, the final push is a hill in the glacier.
