Itinerary description

A spectacular day out, climbing to Bobotov Kuk from Sedlo and decending the other way to Zabliak through Crno jezero. You can take a taxi from Zabliak to Sedlo (15-20 euro) and end up walking where you started.
From Sedlo its a steep climb up to get into the mountains, with a little help from a fixed wire. The path continues less steeply in a beautiful mountain scene with the sharp Zupci mountains infront. Passing a small lake (izvor) it back to steep climbing through a large snow field (in june) and up to the saddle (Velike Previja). The path down to Zabliak is now clear down to the east. First we continue west to around Bobotov Kuk to climb its western face (I didn't climb all the way). There are beautiful views dewn to the Skrcko valley and lakes, and back south-east to sedlo. The decent towards Lokavice is very steep, traversing again large fields of snow. The scene is magnificent. From the katun Lokvice on it's mostly nice forest trails, a bit steep at the begining but getting flatter as you come near Crno lake. The trail continues around the nice lake's shore at the edge the forest and than following a road to Zabliak.
