Itinerary description
Mostly a grade II / III ridge scramble with a few short III+ passages, one brief pitch of IV with an in-situ peg at the crux move, and various abseils - many of them can be scrambled instead. We carried a 30m 8mm rope, belayed the IV pitch and did two abseils, but soloed the rest of the ridge, wearing rock shoes.
Not very sustained and not the cleanest rock in the Pyrenees. As a ridge, worth doing but not one of the great Pyrenean classics. But in an amazing location with gorgeous views! Worth doing for the setting!
You can approach from France via the Ruhle refuge but it is easier to come from Andorra, from Vall de Incles, past the Juclar refuge.

Good outing!
The track is good but hiking down there is a better option. Instead of following this track, look for the bigger cairns (fitas/hitos) further to the left. When you see the lake down on your right you now see the main trail down.
