Itinerary description
This is a classical route of hiking mt. Ararat.
First you have to drive 1 hour from Dogubayazit city till the slopes of Ararat.
And at the hight of 2200 m you start your hike till the Basecamp (3200 m)
This way is very comfortable for walking as there is no any stones or other obstacles. You need min 2 litres of wates as it will be very hot during the way.
Elevation gain: 1000 m
The length: 5.5 km
Average time: 5-6 hours
