**************************************
Circular route to Triglav in the day, you can divide the route in several days.

Lake Bohinj (540m) - Mostnice waterfall / Mostniski slapovi (700m) - Vodnikov Dom shelter (1817m) - Konjski preval (2020m) - Planika Dom shelter (2400m) - Triglav (2864m) - Koca na Dolicu refuge (2151m) - Valley of the Triglav Lakes - Koca pri Triglavskih jezerih (1685m) - Koca pri Savica (653m) - Lake Bohinj (540m)

**************************************
We leave at 03: 18h in anticipation of what will be a long day.

Yesterday some Belgians celebrated "their conquest of the top" at 6pm, they told me that they had invested 3 days, given my proposal to ascend the Triglav on the day ... their response is unanimous: "You're crushed!"

03: 18h (00,0km) -> I jog to the East along the south shore of Lake Bohinj / Bohinjsko jezero (525m), with the company of the stars on my head, across the lake I turn north towards Stara Fuzina, after some lack of navigation I invoke the valley of Voje, here the first rays of light appear.

04: 55h (11.0km) -> Arriving at the Mostnice / Mostniski slapovi waterfall (700m) the truce is over. The ascent begins through a dense forest full of diverse vegetation and huge conifers, there I find diverse fauna: a frog, a fox and even ... I hear a rumble of a bear opening a walk through the dense forest! The road becomes rougher and rougher, but we soon see our goal in sight.

06: 30h (16.5km) -> We arrive at a fork (1630m) on our left we leave the Veil Polje, a beautiful karstic valley, we soon arrive at the Vodnikov sun.

07: 11h (18.6km) -> In the Vodnikov Dom shelter (1817m) the mountaineers who have stayed here are still stretching. We barely stop to take a couple of photos before continuing along the comfortable road that goes to the North, equipped in some sections that take us to a wide hill.

07: 41h (20.3km) -> In the Konjski preval (2020m) the ascent to the Planika Dom shelter begins (2400m), in this steep cobbled ascent the sticks are missing, but we solve this section with solvency, we also have solvency the fortune of enjoying the "snow flowers", the beautiful edelweiss.

08: 28h (22.0km) -> From the Planika Dom shelter (2400m) the south wall of Triglav is impressive, but as we have read the irons that sew this mountain facilitate the ascent to it, we choose the central road, walking through the interior of the glacier circus until we run into the wall (there are marks) and then start the climbs (II + / III) that with the help of nails and servos reduce the difficulty to a II degree, in this section there is a detached block that has taken a piece of tow, you have to exercise caution in this section that has a broken section.

09: 08h (23.4km) -> We arrive at a hill (2645m) that opens at the southern edge of Triglav, then we will return here to continue along the West slope, we now ascend the back of this wide edge, climbing up get to the wide top. The views open to the North leaving us on an exceptional viewpoint.

09: 33h (23.9km) -> At the summit of Triglav (2864m), we do not give credit to what we see, so far we had only crossed with half a dozen mountaineers, as the summit is full of people, The most peculiar is a group of 15 girls who are aspiring to Miss World! with all "his entourage" (drones, music, ...) incredible !, I take some photos and I move away to the top to enjoy the summit peacefully, before embarking on the descent, carefully on the way up to the gap that gives access to the western face of the mountain.

10: 08h (24.4km) -> We arrive at the hill (2645m), now we follow the indication of the wall of "Dolic" to go west stuck to the wall and making use of pegs and spikes we make a descending journey until we reach a wide hill (2530m)

10: 25h (24,8km) -> In the wide hill (2530m) rocky, we find a flock of sheep that cool off in the snowfields, this is a desert area. Highlights the landscape changes so abrupt throughout the route, where we go from lush vegetation to limestone deserts. We follow the signs and cairns that take us to the Koca na Dolicu refuge (2151m), stopping to enjoy the view of the imposing Triglav behind us.

11: 03h (27.5km) -> We pass through the Koca na Dolicu refuge (2151m), here there are two alternatives to ascend to the top of Kanjavec 2569m or skirt it by the South going up a hill of 2360m, the limestone reflects the sun without mercy , and fatigue shows. For more water, my water runs out, I opt for option B, which previously implies losing some height.

11: 43h (29.0km) -> After the 2360m pass, you have to go down to a karstic depression to go back to another pass, before reaching the basin of the seven lakes of Triglav / Triglavski Jezer. Finally we have the lakes in sight! and my source of hydration! The first lake is only 15 minutes away, but the sun hits hard, hot, and it makes me long. On the lake I take the opportunity to refuel water on demand and take a short rest on the Zeleno jezero lake.

We descend gradually, visiting the various lakes combining flat sections with short descents.

13: 48h (35.7km) -> We arrive at the Koca pri Triglavskih jezerih refuge (1685m) by the lake Dvojno jezero, here another source allows us to take more water. It seems that the end of the route is close, but nothing is further from reality, we face an abrupt descent to the Lopucniska dolina valley, walking south of the rocky cliff of the Stador (1688m), there is the lake Crno jezero (1330m) .

14: 45h (39.5km) -> In Lake Crno jezero (1330m) there is a group of kids cooling off, the family waits for me and I'm left wanting to take a dip. To descend I opt for the short version, a vertiginous descent of 650m of negative slope, sometimes equipped with pegs.

In this section we deviate to look at the upper area of the Slap Savica (waterfall), it is an expendable visit. We continue down the forest.

15: 47h (42.4km) -> From the vicinity of the refuge / hotel Koca pri Savica (653m) we take the forest path that goes to Ukanc, taking the opportunity to soak our feet in the icy waters of the Savica River before walking quietly to return to the starting point, the Zlatorog campsite.

16: 18h (45.7km) -> I arrive at the Zlatorog campsite (540m) after 13 hours of "walk" through the Triglav National Park, delighted with the experience!

Menuda máquina, has convertido lo que podía ser una ruta masificada en un gran reto.

Gracias por el comentario Pamp1i, pero no es para tanto, con un poco de físico y coco se hace fácil.
