Ascent to the individualized top of Mt. Alfred (1375m) which rises between the rivers Rees and Dart, leaving us a beautiful panoramic view of this corner of the South Alps, halfway to Mt. Aspiring and Milford Sound.

The first section runs through a leafy autochthonous forest, in the last section to go to an area of meadows where you have to be careful as the ground is eroding and tilting, having to use your hands to go to the summit cordal, which is covered Without difficulty.
