Really fantastic track... found it in mtbproject, http://www.mtbproject.com/trail/7009789
I suppose easy for those in shape, but for most others I would say this can give what you need... tough, bit technical, in Spanish we call this un rompepiernas but it s not too long and never too many meters on the push up so you can test yourself here.,
The track is not perfect... if you go there and you do some research you will see it is full of tracks and smaller tracks and can be quite a laberynth.... When I did this it was not muddy but I suppose after heavy rain these tracks would get really tricky...
