Warning: it can be done with a Cross bike (the hybrid between mountain bike and road) but better a mountain by the loose stones and mud that may be.

Description: The start of the route is the rest area next to the Rio Grande George Bridge. The route is very well indicated with brown beacons. It is practically flat, with some rise and fall that has left some torrentera. Sometimes there are stones that makes your handlebar tremble and with it your back, but you can do well. The connection with Petaca Point is well indicated, this part is more sandy, but you can pedal well, although slower.
Conclusion: New Mexico has its Colorado Canyon and it is well worth this tour to enjoy this canyon. Views of the copon
