The Trail is good
I suggest to do it in the early morning because the sun is really intense because of the height.
One you arrive the highest point with the bike you can pick between two hostel to go to the waterfalls. I suggest to do it with the second one, which is going through the big hotel to the right. They have access to 3 of the waterfalls.
