TROCHA VEREDA LA SELVA POR ALTAGRACIA, El RETIRO y BETULIA. Pereira (Risaralda)
Para hacer ésta trocha se toma camino hacia el sector de Batará (sur de Pereira) y se toma dirección hacia La Trilladora y el cruce por la variante Condina. Se asciende por la vía principal en dirección norte por 3km hasta encontrar el cruce hacia el corregimiento de Altagracia. La vía está muy bien señalizada. A partir de dicho cruce se inicia el ascenso hasta el corregimiento de Altagracia, que se hace por la vereda Filobonito. El ascenso desde el sector de Olímpico 1 hasta Altagracia es de 314 msnm. En Altagracia es posible tomar un buen desayuno y disfrutar del mirador localizado precisamente en la cima de la montaña, que proporciona una vista realmente espectacular.
Se continúa por la vía hacia el sector del corregimiento de Arabia y se toma el desvío a la derecha que conduce a la vereda La Selva, localizado a 602 m. En adelante, se inicia el descenso por camino veredal en ripio (destapado), que está adornado por cafetales y lindos paisajes. Como la ruta es muy transitada por bikers, hay que ir preparado para saludar a diestra y siniestra! Llegando al cruce de La Selva, es posible parar en Café Granate, un muy buen sitio para degustar café. Este sitio proporciona una experiencia muy interesante, pues es posible realizar senderismo por entre cafetales y cultivos de árboles frutales, guaduales y cruce de un pequeño arroyito, realmente muy recomendado.
El regreso, por la vereda El Retiro, que conduce hacia el corregimiento de Morelia.
Ruta muy recomendada!

To do this trail, take the road to the Batara sector (south of Pereira) and head towards La Trilladora and cross the Condina Roundpoint. You go up the main road heading north for 3km until you find the junction towards Altagracia. The road is very well signposted. From this junction, the ascent begins to "Corregimiento Altagracia", which is done by "vereda Filobonito". The ascent from the Olímpico 1 sector to Altagracia is 314 meters. In Altagracia it is possible to have a good breakfast and enjoy the viewpoint located precisely at the top of the mountain, which provides a truly spectacular view.
Continue along the road to the sector of the "Corregimiento Arabia" and take the detour to the right that leads to the "Vereda La Selva", located at 602 m. From now on, the descent begins along a gravel road (uncovered or "carretera destapada"), which is adorned by coffee plantations and beautiful landscapes. As the route is heavily traveled by bikers, you have to go prepared to say hello left and right! Arriving at "La Selva," it is possible to stop at "Café Granate", a very good place to taste colombian coffee. This site provides a very interesting experience, since it is possible to hike through coffee plantations and crops of fruit trees, guaduales and crossing a small stream, really highly recommended.
The return, through the "Vereda El Retiro", which leads to the "Corregmiento Morelia".
