TROCHA VEREDA EL CARMEN BAJO - PASO DEL TORO. El Retiro (Antioquia)
Para realizar la ruta es necesario desplazarse hasta el municipio de El Retiro, cercano a Medellín y localizado en lo que se denomina como "Oriente Antioqueño".
Se toma camino hacia la vereda El Carmen Parte baja, para tomar luego hacia la derecha por un portón que está justo luego de una fonda-tienda denominada "Paso del toro". Allí se pasa la bicicleta por el espacio que existe y a pedalear!
La ruta nos lleva de manera paralela al cauce de la quebrada "La Agudelo" por caminos veredales cercanos a bosques nativos y cruces de camiinos. En varios puntos de la ruta, se cruza la quebrada, por puentes colgantes y en otras pasando por el agua. La ventaja: la quebrada no es profunda, de modo que es sencillo y seguro cruzar por el cauce.
El regreso, por otro cruce de la quebrada y regresando al municipio, para almorzar en los toldos que existen en la rivera de la quebrada.

To do the route it is necessary to travel to the municipality of El Retiro, close to Medellín and located in what is known as "Oriente Antioqueño".
You take the road to "Vereda El Carmen Parte baja", to then turn right through a gate that is just after an inn-store called "Paso del toro". There the bicycle passes through the space that exists and to pedal!
The route takes us parallel to the bed of the "Quebrada La Agudelo" along paths close to native forests and crossroads. At various points along the route, the ravine is crossed, by hanging bridges and in others by passing through the water. The advantage: the ravine is not deep, so it is easy and safe to cross the riverbed.
The return, by another crossing of the ravine and returning to the municipality, to have lunch in the awnings that exist on the bank of the ravine.
