Itinerary description
Start and end the ride with a visit at Santo Rosario Church in Toril, Davao City. Uphill via the barangay roads of Bato and Kilate. Level off upon reaching Tagurano. Head towards the junction leading to Eden Nature Park. Hit the trail just before the coconut and fruit stands by the road. Downhill on a single track under the coconut trees, on to a banana plantation. Expect a clear out onto the grassland with a panoramic view of Davao City and its gulf. Trail connects to a road again while doing a gradual downhill on the rocks. Architect Dan Guevarra calls this part "rock garden". Lightly technical but offers some thrill. If in doubt, just walk. Proceed to Toril proper via a side road leading to the Bridge. Return to Santo Rosario Church. Takes about two to three hours uphill and one hour downhill.
