Itinerary description
Sangan waterfall which if famous for its above one hundred meter height and also beautiful frozen shape in winter is located in Sangan-e-Bala village at Suleqan district, Tehran, Iran. These qualities makes the waterfall great as a one day destination for sightseeing in every season. You can enjoy cool air in spring and summer, colorful leafs in autumn and an eyecatching frozen shape in winter. The track I've recorded is the route to the Sangan-e-Bala village from Tehran that you can use to get yourself to the starting point of an almost 2.2 kilometers moderate hike or ride to the waterfall. Considering that the amount of the snow won't let you reach the waterfall on winter days.
