Itinerary description
Great but very beautiful route through forest roads in the pine forest for all seasons.
You can admire the view of the opposite mountain peaks. On the way you will see the highest peak of Taygetos at 2400m which has the shape of a pyramid.
The Pyramid of Taygetus is the Center of the World, as it aligns with all the religious centers of the ancient world, from prehistoric times to the present day. It starts from Mecca and continues northwest to the Pyramids of Egypt, which were the basis of the Egyptian religion.
In the summer months you will need to have a straw hat and water with you.
You can also enjoy the route with your car
