Itinerary description
"Camino de Santiago" from Pamplona to Sansol. This journey has many inclined "up and downs", most of them with mid-size rocks on the path, that make it more demanding than it could look from looking at the profile only. This stage has much more than just climbing the windy "Alto del Perdón" - inclunding a dangerous descent though a "bed of rocks". It marks the transition from luxuriously green Pyrenees to the fields of Navarra, and becomes very interesting to appreciate this landscape change. Also, this is the one that passes though the iconic "Bodegas Irache" where you can/could fill up with wine for free. Othere reference points: Puente de La Reina, Estella and Los Arcos.
