    התחלתי את המסלול בצומת בר גיורא.
    עם קטע ראשון עד חזרה לכביש 3855 יחסית רגוע - ירידה של 150 מטר - נופים מהממים.
    קטע שני - ירודה עד כביש בית שמש מאד תלולה ויש להיזהר מאד - ירידה של סך הכל 350 מטר. נוף יפה של כל בית שמש ובמזג אוויר נעים עד הים!
    קטע שלישי - ליד כביש ועל הכביש - יחסית קל ואפשר לנוח עליה של כ-100 מטר סך הכל.
    חזרה לבר גיורא קשה ומפרכת - אפשר למות מעליה ושעמוש.
