Itinerary description
Rui Vaz - Monte Tchota - under Pico - down to Belem (lot of climbing down goat track with bikes) and end in Cidade Vielha. The bike from Belem out to Cidade Vielha is nice. From Rui Vaz to Belem, though, becomes increasingly difficult until the bike is needed to be carried down the spine of the mountain to the valley of Belem.
