Itinerary description
We left Moni Lodge in the morning and went into the hills on a washed out gravel road which has not seen a motorized vehicles for a long time. I found it on Google Earth and it was a real adventure. We had to push sometimes but it was worth it. On the GPS track, there is one side excursion where the track stopped and we turned back and joined the main tar road down to the coast. At Paga, there is a fish restaurant right on the beach and we arranged a truck to take us back to Moni Lodge.
The total ascent was 1220m, not 2091 as wikiloc calculates! And it would be less if you leave the side trip out.
