Itinerary description

Weekend bike ride from Třebovice through downtown of Ostrava to Poodří and back via tiny natural reserves of Polanecký les and Rezávka. I list this one as moderate just because of its length. Otherwise it´s been mostly an easy ride along marked bike trails.

Castle of Ostrava

A 13th century castle at Silesian Ostrava. The historical site has been badly damaged by land depression due to extensive mining activity in the surroundings. Today the site is well preserved and tidy but there´s not many original structures stnading any more.
