Fantastic long descent from the pass - almost certainly the best mountain biking downhill in the area. Going from 3800m surrounded by 7ft snowbanks and views of the Tian Shan mountains all the way down to the lush green Turgon-Ak-Su valley. After reaching the valley floor it is a little flatter. Lower down the valley there is a second nice long descent to the bridge. From the bridge a small climb up, and then another descent all the way to Ak Bulak Village.
Organise a jeep to drive you and the bikes up to the pass and transfer you back from Ak Bulak to Jyrgalan through the Destination Jyrgalan organisation.
