Maringá, saída da Praça do Peladão, rumo a Estrada Pinguim (saída para Campo Mourão até os Shoppings de atacado), São Luis, retornando ao sul pelo Conjunto Cidade Alta, 51km.

For the first kilometers of the trip, you have to bike over the highway, which I found quite insane. But if you get passed that point, you understand why you have risked your life before: a wonderful arid hilly landscape, all on gravel roads, with nobody near, except for some birds. The many hills combined with the unpaved road makes it a quite though ride, but luckily there is São Luis, where you revitalise yourself in the small bar/shop. The last 5 km are a bit boring, as you have to cross the whole city, but the rest of the trip made up for it. I highly recommend it, if you are in a good shape.

eu e minha esposa fizemos a trilha 02/11/2021 sem conhecer so indo pelo google, muito boa, fizemos saindo do ecovalley pelo cafezal,subidas bem dificeis para iniciantes como nos.
mais vencemos! oque é o paredão depois do rio.
