Itinerary description
This trail runs down along the left side of the service road that climbs up to the radio mast.
The cycle up from the highway is pretty easy, but requires a low gear! The downhill trail is somewhat shielded from view, but you can access it on the left a few meters short of the top of the service road.
The trail itself is soft and wide at first, but narrows down, with lots of roots and small drops. It is completely ridable, yet could do with some maintenance (May 2015). There are some incomplete (or destroyed) features, such as the log ride you see featured, yet someone has put in some great work to make this trail.
There appears to be the potential to extend this trail a project for us locals I think.
I recorded the trail on foot, so the time is way slower than I imagine it to be when riding it.
