Start of this cross country tour is the market of Jablonné v Podještédí (German fork). It goes along the road in the direction of Valdov (Waldau). Shortly before a forest area you drive across a field towards Markwartsee. You brush the former fork again and the next climb takes you past Lemberk Castle. Here it is worth a detour from your cross country drive into the old walls! Then it goes over the mountain Lvová (Lämberg, 412 m) to Janovice v Podještédí (Bohemian Jonsdorf). It follows a kilometer of country road and then again a forest path around the Buchberg (472 meters) around. Only a short time you leave your cross country route through the Jonsdorfer forest and drive through Zdislava (Schönbach). A piece of dirt road just before a railroad brings you on Johannesberg (485 meters) over. Sandstone massifs are everywhere in the forest - and you have a nice view of the next destination: Rynoltice (Ringelshain). Here you cross the European road through a pedestrian tunnel where a MTB refreshment center is set up on the day of the competition. A side street leads you through the village with beautiful old houses, before it goes crisp uphill. Between Fuchsberg (535 meters) and Schwarzer Berg (also 535 meters) this path continues upwards and you reach the Tobias pine. Too bad: This monumental tree has died. Nice: It follows a rapid downhill on the forest Zittauer road. In a left turn that tends to oversteer, you not only have an ingenious view of the Bohemian countryside, but you also have to keep your mountain bike under control. A loop around the Hutberg brings you to the border crossing to Lückendorf. You follow the long Grundweg up to a steep steep section on the Scheibeborn (source). A stony MTB descent will take you to Weißbachtal on the bohemian border. 800 meters you can follow her downhill, before it goes up again towards Mühlsteinberg. A small single trail gives pleasure before the next mountain calls, more precisely the Mühlsteinberg. Since you have to come up first: With thick profile you stick here really tight. So why not treat yourself to a little break on your cross country tour and take your time for a panoramic view from the summit (549 meters).

Now the Messerweg downhill direction Scharfenstein. Shortly before the Scharfstein crest the gravel road steepens again. A detour to the summit (569 meters) is still worthwhile: Here's a magnificent panoramic view over the Oybin valley basin. It follows a strongly blocked departure to the resort Oybin with many restaurants. Yes, it is a real tourist place to stroll and enjoy. The latter is over for you at the latest on the Thomas Rock - because the Thomasweg leads challenging in the direction of Oybin / Hain district upwards. Above the Dachslöcher (Felskessel) it goes to the last and largest mountain of the MTB Tour, the Hochwald, up to 732 meters altitude. Just behind the restaurant "Forsthaus Hain" comes the fiercest increase in the tour, which is also still properly blocked. Even if you drive here, you are barely faster than pushing. But a real biker only gets off in an emergency. Here you really need pressure on your clipless pedals. Two more small mountain ridges, and the hard ascent to Hochwald plateau can begin. The German Hochwaldbaude has a magnificent view, almost a panoramic view. From the tower tower, where you drive directly past, you have this panoramic view only from the tower. Now it is 600 meters a strongly blocked path towards the border crossing Hain. Here you change to Bohemian territory and once again master a difficult downhill through a flushed path. Just below Schlossberg, the Cross Country Tour ends on the edge of the golf course.

PS: You should now urgently use the paths outside the golf ball trajectories - because instead of a ball on the head but rather recommends a cool beer in the range. On the day of the competition, the area is closed off ...
