Lovely run with great views! Tough though, a lot of steep rocky ascents where it was difficult to get much purchase on the track at the same time as trying to avoid the larger stones. Make sure you've got good tread on your tyres! Word of warning - when you get to Jacob's Ladder don't make the same mistake as I did and take a left which is easy to do as I couldn't see the path to the right. I ended up having to get off my bike to go down a pretty long set of steps!
