Itinerary description
Beit Keshet was my first incline. It was hard
35 kilometers because we went up to the peak twice by accident I think.
About 800 vertical.
Avi lead the trip. He is a snappling guide and a kayaker as well. He also trains people over 50 to ride etc.
Nachum brought tea and prepared pomp granites and as always stayed with the last rider to make sure they were okay.
At one point my bike was too
