Clockwise - 30 km - difference in height 1000 m. - Starting height 140 m.- max 1030 m.
Tour from the village of Vipava to the Nanos plateau along asphalted roads, but little traffic, on comfortable and easy dirt roads that climb with moderate slopes in the woods up to a maximum altitude of 1030 meters and then descend to 900 at the the refuge from Abram.
After having refilled with the typical products of the place, the rest of the descent is carried out, which descends from the refuge to Vipava, following the tables with indications for the town itself. The first part of the trail is of moderate difficulty but from 700 (about) the path goes down not too steep but with a stony bottom, technical as stepped (diff.S2) that puts a strain on shock absorbers and arms and goes down to the village di Gradisce and from here a comfortable dirt road to the village of Vipava.

Paesaggio merita sicuramente, prima parte in asfalto forse da trovare un alternativa sulle forestali, scorcio dall’ultima vetta fantastico, discesa tecnica a tratti a piedi, buon esercizio per equilibrio sullo smosso ma a tratti veramente ostico.
Nel complesso comunque una buona esplorazione anche per eventuali giri nei dintorni
