Itinerary description
single track, moderate zig-zag up but good fun ride with baboons in the trees.
have a look at the photo I recomend the the red route as it is longer, well marked and takes you through the vinyards up to the to of the hill where the paragliders take off and you can see the coast. then back down the trails, throught the trees past the monkeys and back to the bike shop, www.euodia.co.za lots of parking here and the place in front does a biker-breakfast for 35rand (4euros)and dont forget to get your mtb pass for the day/season, can be bought at the bike shop.
