Itinerary description
There are good ideas in this.. you should get inspired, but not do the whole trip, the part "piton du canot" was almost impossible.. I had to carry my bike.

Restaurant Le Barbizon
At the end of a very strong climb with the bicycle, you can rest here and have a good meal. Get some weight to go faster in the descent B-)
