Itinerary description
Namo Buddha has an important stupa, and Tibetan people goes there as it is a holly place.
The path from Namo Buddha to Panauti goes down and is unpaved but easy. From Panauti you have to go up, longly but not intensively, just before reaching a road that is very used by motorbikes. Ater, little by little civilization comes as you become closer to Kathmandu.
