Itinerary description
Are you looking for a fun, easy, half a day ride with lots of stunning views and opportunities for delicious local food? Then look no further, this is the trail for you.
A gentle climb will take you from Finale (Finalpia neighborhood) up to the Manie highlands, offering postcard like views along the way. Then you will follow a gravel road in the woods that, after passing by a few camping sites, will take you to the beginning of the world famous 24h track.
The 24h track can actually be ridden in lots of ways, the one that we did here was a short version geared at seeing the best in the least time. You will pass by a couple of jaw dropping lookout points, situated at the peak of the cliff with a vertical drop into the sea.
Then you will ride the famous Toboga, a series of switchbacks that will take you back to the beginning of the 24h track.
Finally, you will descend back to finale through the woods and along an easy gravel road, that was actually originally built and used by the Romans (as a few ruins witness still nowadays).

After some days XC biking in Finale Ligure with my girlfriend, I conclude this is one of the best XC routes available as GPX I have found online. Varied, challenging but not too extreme. Thanks!
