We leave Vhrnika early morning and continue along the main road about 1 km until we reach the left and turn at the first right and turn bend. We continue first by asphalt and after passing under a road where we see in a pillar a warning that we can find bones, we continue climbing by dirt track, we pass by the side of a military ground and finish the ascent in a collar from where We go down to the town of Logatec where we make a small stop to rest.
We continue and a few kilometers after the village of Unec, we turn left onto a track that goes into the Krajinski Park to go see the caves and natural bridges through which the river Rak (Rakov Škofjan) passes. We return to the main route along the same path, which is now rising.
We continue to reach our destination today, Postojna, taking advantage of the rest of the afternoon to visit the Caves of Postojna (Postojna Jama), declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco and that, in spite of having seen them others are impressive and it is worthwhile to visit them.
The stage today is possibly the most demanding of all.
