Itinerary description
Leaving the hotel at Earlish on Uig direction take the road from Uig to the north of the Island. 2 kms up turn right to Staffin via the Quiraing and Sartle. The weather at the summit may be very windy and showery but the BEST views you ever have!!
We experienced a hail storm near Staffin, cold and wet but the caffe made by Sonia at the little gas station was a miraculous appearance.
Gusts in the way from Staffin to Portree were up to 70 kms and it take long to get there the last 20 kms. Overall was amazing, best ride ever.
