Itinerary description
Start with a shuttle or pedal to bottom of lfa. From there climb almost to the top. Trail starts fast, open and flowy then enters a brutal rock garden of cangagua. Opens again below. Traverse on the integral trail then climb again on the same road to the top of pondas.
