Itinerary description
Very demanding, hilly cycling route using quieter roads where possible. The back route through La Mode and Boca up to Vendome has some good steep gradients. After descending to the stadium down River Road. Cemetery Hill is a killer :) with gradients up to 30%. There is an easier way round through town...Continue up Morne Jaloux ridge for views and a total of 2,000ft + of climbing. I've put MTB on this trail although it's all tarmac or concrete (but rough in places) but you'll need the gears to get up the hills.
