Itinerary description
A good daytrip from Hotel Raudaskrida along the banks of River Skjalfandafljot. The route is first along road 85 and then turns left of the highway and follows track along the riverbank. Through forest called Fellsskogur, by which you can see one of Skalfandafljots waterfall Ullarfoss and then along the canyon to waterfall Barnafoss.
