Itinerary description

Pedal up the single lane paved road to the TRAILHEAD then shoot down to the 101. The trail back to the visitors center is not for bikes but it's a lot safer than the highway.
There is a trail down from NO BIKES but you guessed it, no bikes allowed.

Lock valuables in the trunk! Oregon coast is a magnet for thieves.
