IMPRESION PERSONAL
PERSONAL IMPRESSION
It is another way of knowing and understanding Denmark. The tour visit very tourist places and then delves into the extraordinary natural environment that we provide the countless lakes, canals and impressive forests. The ease of moving bike is enviable, simply outstanding.
Trails through wetlands, forests story, lakes with many birds, and a well maintained environment.
I have visited Cophenague many times and have visited all the tourist points on many occasions but this bike tour has fascinated me.
EXPLANATION
I start tour in Kastrup, area near the airport. I arrive at the port of Kastrup from where you have magnificent views of the Peberholm passage communicating Sweden & Denmark through underground tunnels and suspension bridges. We also have views of the coast area.
We continue to visit the coast to enter Copenhagen, where we visited the downtown area, the Scuare Queen, channels and finally the Little Mermaid or Langelinie. We follow the track and reach the first of the lakes of Gentofte. We passed the lake, through a wooded area. We went into streets, always by bike path to reach the second lake, Lake Lyngby. We continue their rolling along the water trails, through beautiful wooded areas and other wetlands, in an extraordinary environment and care. Good views and great pictures. We came to a canal area and cross a bridge to enter a forest area that is spectacular, huge trees and thick vegetation, one pass. We arrived at Lake Furesø and Farum or go through their bank by forest area and trails, all beautiful. When you reach a landing zone indicates that you can not go by bike, so I now turn to the bike path through forest area, runs parallel to the road. I walk back into the forest area to reach the landing area and bathrooms.
Then we continue to turn to Værløse but just before entering the population i turn left to a track that starts, right across the street. Soon we entered the forest area Lille Hareskov, where we find a multitude of trails. Let linking tracks and trails through beautiful forest areas, and on our way we can see bulls, cows and traditional old buildings. We passed through several small lakes, always within the safety of a great bike path. We arrived at another great lake, of Sømosen that go along appreciating the variety of birds that live in the marshy environment aspect.
We continue to travel, and for a long stretch we cross the channel Harrestrup Å. After a few kilometers we pass the green area of Damhusengen and arrived at Lake Damhussøen. But adelente we pass a bridge over Sluseløbet and into an area of trails, from where we have views of AC Hotels with its spectacular construction. Finally, already built-up area where we again Kastrup end our tour.
