Very difficult
I started the route from campsite Pont Breuil and descended via the road to Degioz. There I took de ascent via the forest path to the cheese farm (very nice climb (~10% and 100% rideable). The ascent described in this track is a singletrail and will have push sections. This is however a superb downhill trail! After the farm the track becomes more challenging and you will have to walk some small sections. After the lake the ‘trouble’ starts. The climb to Monte Chandelly is steep and on some sections there is no path. You have to scramble uphill over large boulders lifting you bike step by step. It’s too rough to carry you bike on you shoulders! Reaching the hairpins the path surfaces again and the top is close. The view is superb and the path to the little lake below is great!!! After the lake to the road below is terrible. Some parts are great to ride (technical) but the majority is unrideable (hiking path) too steep, large drops, boulders, rocks, switchbacks and upright stones to direct the water. To the theme is ride a few meters, get off and so on. I estimate you have to walk between 60-80%. That is really a bummer after so many vertical meters up! Take the descent as described above to take a right at little lake to Nivolet (see other trails on wiki)
Cheers,
