Itinerary description
Circular track from Pijnacker to recreation area Buytenpark, where a 5 km MTB track is situated. The MTB track is indicated (poorly) by the international MTB signs (triangle with two circles underneath) and consists mainly of single-tracks. Although short it is a technically challenginging track: many fast descents and steep climbs, combined with sharp curves. More information on MTBroutes.nl (in Dutch)
The way to the MTB track and back follows bike paths through the Balijbos (former Floriade terrain) and the Westerpark.
