Itinerary description
Starting and finishing in Vendome, although it may be easier to start on the west coast this route does two big and challenging climbs - the first from behind Gouyave up to Clozier and the second the eastern climb of Grand Etang. In between is some of the best scenery in Grenada - especially the Belvedere Road with views north towards Mt St Katherine's. A tough but very rewarding ride, and a lot of it on quiet back roads. Although all on surfaced roads some of the gradients (up to 25%) make it more suitable for mountain bike or hybrid gearing.
