Itinerary description
Very hilly circuit using mainly quiet roads with steep climbs in places. At the Mesopotamia Valley viewpoint (after negotiating broken section of road - closed to traffic) continue up concrete track uphill instead of descending on main road. This leads to an amazing knife edge ridge with cycleable singletrack and amazing views. The drops either side are significant. Steep descent back down to Arno's Vale. About 2,000ft climb overall.
