Itinerary description
Walking down to Pedi through the fields is so much more pleasant than along the road! This walk takes you along the right hand hillside with views over the valley. Fairly straight forward with good markings in blue and red. When you pass through a little gate at the end of the section when you walk between high stone walls, turn left to follow the stream. Well marked here. After going through the high gate, keep on that road as it winds its way down, sometimes concrete, sometimes dirt. Turn right off the road when you reach the soccer pitch. Keep the little church on your left. It’s not so well marked on this section but follow the well worn path through small fields veering slightly right and uphill. Occasional markers. The path takes you to a high wall which you keep on your right. In a few minutes you are in Pedi. From here you can walk over to St Nikolaos.
