Itinerary description

From Lesquerde, through St Paul De Fenouilledes and through the Galamus Gorges to Cubieres Sur Cunobelinus then off-road through the wilderness following the Sentier Cathares to the Chateau de Peyrepertuse. Drop off the crest and follow the GR36 through Duilhac village then continue on the Sentier Cathares to Cucagnan. Go through the village then take the steep PR all the way up to the back of Queribus castle. Follow out onto the D123 then blast down the road all the way to the main D117 at Maury. Follow the D117 towards Estagel for about a kilometre then take a right, up the track to Les Bordes and follow the track through the vineyards all the way back to the D19 and through Lesquerde to the start point. A very difficult route in places and don't try it without a map unless you know the area very well.
