Wonderful itinerary not too far from Trieste, among pastures, small villages and woods at the foot of Mount Nanos.
The departure takes place in the town of Razdrto where there is a large parking for those who make trekking on Mount Nanos.
The itinerary touches many small villages on the slopes of this mountain, to enter a forest to reach unexpectedly the castle stuck in a cave of Predjama.
From here you go up to the village of Bukovje to turn onto dirt roads and descend back to the starting point, making a circular route through pastures, ups and downs.
Although it is an itinerary half an hour from Trieste it seems to be in an alpine environment, therefore as a classification from the point there is landscaped 10 and praise.

molto carino ... qualche difficoltà nella salita nel bosco al ritorno, dopo il castello di Prediama
