  how many hours did this ride take? I'm hoping to do a similar ride with saddle bags as part of a cycle tour with my wife, and am considering splitting this by stopping in Molinos. Wouldn't be a problem on pavement, but seems like a lot of miles on dirt, with a mountain bike, and gear. That said, perhaps it is largely downhill? Your thoughts would be appreciated.
  ¿cuántas horas este paseo tomar? Espero hacer un viaje similar con alforjas como parte de un viaje en bicicleta con mi esposa, y estoy considerando dividir esta parando en Molinos. No sería un problema en el pavimento, pero parece como un montón de kilómetros en tierra, con una bicicleta de montaña y equipo. Dicho esto, quizás es en gran medida hacia abajo? Sus pensamientos se agradecería.

  Hi Kevin, yes is a hard ride but a worthy one. Will be no problem to do with saddles but any additional kilo will be deep millimetres in dirt track. Is Down in sea above level with very small slope but definitely is better then in the opposite direction. Stop in Molinos is perfect. Well good luck and careful with translation systems, your Spanish version say something like you want to put your wife in the saddler and maybe have same problems in than... :o)

  Hola, con unos amigos estamos pensando hacer este recorrido durante el mes de Abril, tenes idea del tiempo que puede llevar hacerlo, pero desde San Carlos hasta Cachi? Gracias
